My 4 Month Old Has Been Really Fussy And Sometimes

My 4 month old has been really fussy and sometimes hysterical during feedings and today he had two bowel movements that sounded like there was a lot coming out but when we opened his diaper, it was mostly clear and mucusy, the little stool that was in there was a brightish green color. Should we be worried? What could it mean?
