My 4 Month Old Has Severe Eczema. He Can't Sleep

My 4 month old has severe eczema. He can't sleep because he constantly wakes out of his sleep with itching attacks. This has been going on for a month. He needs Relief from itching . I've tried ecerine, Aveeno, curel, coconut oil, almond oil, petroleum jelly. My baby is miserable. Can I use calamine lotion on him to stop the itching so he can get a good night's sleep.
