My 4 Month Old Son Coughs After Each Meal And

My 4 month old son coughs after each meal and often vomit follows. Should I be concerned? Sometimes his coughing episodes can last up to 10 minutes, which means he is throwing up off and on during that time. So far he does not seem to be losing weight or losing interest in eating. I am concerned of it being a long time problem with him maybe developing some type of problem with his digestion or developing acid reflux
