My 4 Year -old Grandson Wakes Up Refuses To Eat

My 4 year -old grandson wakes up refuses to eat or drink anything he later vomits and then goes on about the day normally this has happened a few times in recent weeks. I am thinking acid reflux and / or post nasal drip could it be something more serious??
