My 4 Year Daughter Has Fever For 5 Weeks Now.first

My 4 year daughter has fever for 5 weeks now.first week she diagnosed with cold and then they found a ear infection and prescribed one week of antibiotic.after five days of her antibiotic her fever turned in to low grade.ever since then her forehead is hotter than normal and her ear temperature goes from 37.3 in the morning and evenings 37.8 -38.0 (mouth37.2-37.6)then it's goes down. I am using ear and mouth thermometers .
