My 4 Year Old Came Home With A Fever &

My 4 year old came home with a fever & said he was cold. His fever range has been 99-102. Right now it's down but his hands are cold & his snoring is really bad. He's congested & I have a humidifier going. Should I take him in to the er? His mentioned his throat hurting a little before he went to sleep
