My 4 Year Old Daughter Has A Recurrent High Fever

My 4 year old daughter has a recurrent high fever (104-106.5) lasting 3-5 days . This has occurred 5-6 x I the last years. Currently she has had a fever for 3 days and tonight hit an all time high of 106.5. Medical hx: she had Lyme dx at age 2, has enlarged adenoids and recurrent fluid accumulation in ears with recurrent ear infections.
