My 4 Year Old Daughter Has Been Complaining Of Abdominal

My 4 year old daughter has been complaining of abdominal pain on and off for the last 5 days, and she just got a nose bleed out of the blue today. It didn't bleed very much, but concerned me because she has had the abdominal pain also. She has never had a nose bleed before.
