My 4 Year Old Fell Off The Bed Earlier On

My 4 year old fell off the bed earlier on her head. When she got up she turned pale white bluish purple in the face and was crying of course, it immediately bruised and puffed up. I got her to calm down and she started getting color back in her face and is fine now but do you think I need to go to the doctor to check her head or brain? She seems normal but I didn't know if there could be any symptoms to look for to know there might be something worse.
