My 4 Year Old Granddaughter Was In The Bath This

My 4 year old granddaughter was in the bath this evening and she said I'm ready to get out grandma, I told her just a few minutes and I'll be there. About 2 min later she said I'm done, so I went in and I see her standing in the tub. ( She is very tiny, so she sits in a laundry basket in the tub, with the water trickling, so she doesn't get cold) her little face was bright red and her bottom half was too. The water was almost hot! I asked her why she didn't say it was too hot, she just said she wanted to get out. I dried her and she sat on my lap for a bit, them she told me she wanted to go to bed and that he r head hurts. She never wants to go to bed. The redness went away within a few min, but could that be why she was so tired and had a headache? I gave her childrens tylenol and I took her temp, which was normal. Any advice or suggestions?
