My 4 Year Old Grandson Just Finished A Second Round

My 4 year old grandson just finished a second round of antibiotics on Sunday. Just got a call from his mom she had to pick him up from school he had accident at school. Actually by the time she got there it was bad. She has taken another stool sample to his Dr and said he would probably be admitted to children's hospital. Wondering what kind of treatment will they do? I
