My 4 Year Old Son Has Developed A Red Rash

My 4 year old son has developed a red rash where his ear is draining. He has tubes in his ear. No fever. His earlobe is sore and a little swollen with the rash. He has swimming lessons all last week and wears a headband due to his tubes. Swimmers ear or ear infection?
