My 4 Year Old Weimaraner Has Regressed Terribly In The

My 4 year old weimaraner has regressed terribly in the area of house breaking. She was wonderful but in the last 6 months she acts like she has never been house broken. She will even pee in her crate now. We have taken her to the vet, they did blood work, nothing seems to be wrong. Thought they would try incontenience meds - no help, try anxiety meds, - help. She is really a good and smart dog. We can't let her go more than 2 or 3 hours or she will pee. If we crate her and we're gone for 2 or 3 hours she will be in the crate and have to lay in it. We even bought a smaller crate. We are washing her bedding every single day sometimes 2 x a day for months now. I am wondering if there is anything else that may be physical that could be wrong.
