My 4 Year Old Went To The Doctor Today For

My 4 year old went to the doctor today for a really bad cough and Asthma. He was given steriods which he started today and he's also taking his Albuterol inhaler 4 times a day. His breathing sounds horrible and he has a fever of 102 and is cold and clammy. Should I take him to the ER?
