My 42 Year Old Daughter Has Minimal Brain Dysfunction Born

My 42 year old daughter has minimal brain dysfunction born 6 weeks premature lingual thyroid gland. Now has psych problems stress related.. No one has been able to figure out why she has episodes of not able to find her body, etc. Psych always want to medicate her. Nothing has yet worked. Between episodes she is happy normal for her and able to function quite well. She is a non reader. Need Psych/Neuro evaluation. Can anyone help?
