My 43 Year Old Husband Had A Widow Maker Heart

My 43 year old husband had a widow maker heart attack 2 months ago . Last week or so has experienced heart burn, indigestion and everything he eats is causing stomach upset . He is already on stomach acid Medicine and numerous others . Is this normal ? He has shortness of breath , bias been told also side affect of medicine
