My 44 Year Old Daughter Has Had Recurrent BLEPHARITIS For

My 44 year old daughter has had recurrent BLEPHARITIS for a number of years. At this time, her eyelids are swollen and "splitting open". She has an appointment with an ophthalmolgist for next Thursday, but she is quite miserable. She is an athlete, a vegetarian, with recent hair loss, most probably due to low ferritin. She has been taking iron, a multivitamin, and biotin for several weeks, hoping to raise her ferritin level, and restore her previously thick, curley hair.
