My 4months Old Son Is Suffering From Diarrhea Since Last

My 4months old son is suffering from diarrhea since last 6days. Daily minimum 8/9 times. He is till now completely breast feeding.
today doctor has prescribed ...zinc dry powder for suspension, coslyte, darolac forte, satrogyl-0.

Are thease medicine ok for him ?
