My 4yo daughter awoke after vomiting at 11pm tonight. Her vomit s.elled like feces and was yellow with food in it. She had no fever and said she felt fine. She said she didn't feel sick, she just was sick. No stomach ache, no headache. I gave her cool water to sip and she went back to sleep.
