My 4yr Just Threw Up Her Midday Meal From Two

My 4yr just threw up her midday meal from two days ago (chicken soup) but nothing else seemed to show up. It had almost a white/pink creamy color & texture. She's throwing up about every half hour and the creaminess is turning I to bile & mucus. She also has had discharge from her eyes and bright green mucus from her nose for 24hrs
