My 4yr Old Daughter Has A Bruise On Her Lower

My 4yr old daughter has a bruise on her lower right quadrant a little bigger than a quarter, it hurts to touch it or around it so I haven't examined her stomach much. We don't know where it came from, should I be concerned? (She doesn't bruise easily either)
