My 5 1/2 Year Old Daughter Banged Her Tooth On

My 5 1/2 year old daughter banged her tooth on Thursday and knocked it loose. It has been capped due to tooth decay and I am not sure what to do. She was not feeling good yesterday and slept most of the day. I do not have a dentist for her yet because the one. She saw last year won't take Medicaid.
