My 5 Year Old Has Diarrhea And It's Kinda Weird

My 5 Year old has diarrhea and it's kinda weird looking yellow and foamy kinda bubbly.. he doesn't have much of an appetite although he's still eating.. he is also really gassy and he has alot of bloating... I'm really worried please help... These symptoms started earlier today and proceeded throughout the evening... I got him pedialyte Gatorade and sprite.. so he doesn't get dehydrated....
