My 5 Month Old Daughter Is Suffering From Cheat Congestion

My 5 month old daughter is suffering from cheat congestion due to cough n continuously stools aprrox 20 times....for last 7 days I am taking treatment for her....but all in vein...no improvement seeing....what should I do...I m so tense...medicine given...normet..colimax...PCM..sunsips..febrex plus...plz help..herl lung making sound ghrr ghrr...even this my baby is active..is this normal
