My 5 Year Old Daughter Had A Midface Distraction With

My 5 year old daughter had a midface distraction with plastic surgery and neurosurgery. 2 months ago she had the follow up surgery where they removed the distractors. Since then she has has green stuff in back of her throat and a bad smell and she's on her second round of antibiotics and it keeps showing up. No fever or other symptoms except her sleep has not been as good with her breathing. What could this be? Staph?
