My 5 Year Old Daughter Has A 102.9 Fever That

My 5 year old daughter has a 102.9 fever that last night and and comes and goes. She is also complaining her head hurts and her one eye is red and swollen and more closed then normal. Is this an emergency situation or should I just make an appointment to gt seen?
