My 5 Year Old Daughter Is Feeling Poorly, Cough Temperature,

My 5 year old daughter is feeling poorly, cough temperature, the usual symptoms of being under the weather but she has expressed pain in her left arm on two or three occasions now, pins and needles. She says she hasn't been laying on it. The first time I just thought nothing to it, then the third time I started to feel a little concerned.
