My 5 Year Old Daughter Passed Gas And Said It

My 5 year old daughter passed gas and said it felt wet so when I checked it was a clear discharge that looked like it had blood in it. I say her on the toilet to see if she needed to have a bowel movement but nothing and there were no signs of blood when I wiped. She is otherwise completely normal and healthy and idea what could have caused that?
