My 5 Year Old Doesn't Like Certain Smells, Anyone Touching

My 5 year old doesn't like certain smells, anyone touching his food, eating or drinking after someone else. Also doesn't like pictures on front of his t shirt has to be plain or stripes or he gets very upset. Doesn't want to share his bed. Gets historical of sight of blood. Doesn't like balloons been bursted
