My 5 Year Old Granddaughter Fell And Hit Her Head

My 5 year old granddaughter fell and hit her head on the corner of a table. It's been almost 2 hrs ago. Raised bump formed and is still there. It's bed time now. Is it safe to put her to bed ? Not saying it hurts anymore and is acting normal just still has bump. Thanks
