My 5 Year Old Is Sick. She Had Hives Covering

My 5 year old is sick. She had hives covering her body for a few days was put on steroids for a week clearing it upthen was vaccinated and then vomitted for two days now has severe stomach pain put on miralax still has stomach pain n now black stool looks like motor oil even floats like it please help! What's wrong with her?
