My 5 Year Old Niece Was Just Released From The

My 5 year old niece was just released from the hospital. Her white count was 500 when admitted and went down to 200 the next day after 2 antibiotics in her IV. She has a swollen lymph node in her groin, fevers lasting intermittedly for 2-3 days, stomach pain, slightly swollen spleen and headaches. The hospital ruled out leukemia and sent her home with a diagnosis of a virus. She has been sick since the end of September and missed half of kindergarten. I am thinking there is something going on since the antibiotics brought down her white count. I need suggestions. Thanks
