My 5 Year Old Son Has Had A Very High

My 5 year old son has had a very high fevor for about 2 days now, he has developed a nasty constant cough and today has had 3 nose bleeds our if the blue... We took him to the doctors this morning but they only have us an inhaler for him... I'm really worried as his fevor and breathing get worst at night and In the morning
