My 5 Year Old Started To Complain About Beeping Sounds

My 5 year old started to complain about beeping sounds in her head . She said it began a few days ago and today it was accompanied by some pain from one side of her head . She does not listen to music particularly loud and has never used headphones for anything, also do to her age I wouldn't think this could be tinnitus. Any ideas ?
