My 5 Yr Old Grandson Took A Warm Should Last

My 5 yr old grandson took a warm should last night and broke out in a rash from head to toe. He still has it today and he just said his mouth hurts and I checked and I see about 6 red spots on the roof of his mouth. He's not scratching it but I don't know if it could be chickenpox.
