My 53 Year Old Daughter Has The Right Side Of

My 53 year old daughter has the right side of her nose swollen, bright red, feels like a burn and has little white spots on it. She had had a very bad headache for several days and that is gone now. She is on warfarin for Factor 5 clotting disorder, had 1/2 of her pancrease and spleen removed 1 1/2 years ago. The nose issue is something new and weird.
