My 55 yo husband has COPD and frequently has burning feeling in chest. It starts in the middle of chest then spreads out and then down left arm. He has had a stress test and an echo. It lasts for 1 minute or two and is now coming back every 5 minutes. Is this a common symptom of the disease?
