My 59 Year Old Husband Is Having Constant Heart Palpitations

My 59 year old husband is having constant heart palpitations this evening, he had a echocardiogram yesterday and is seeing a cardiologist! He's been to the ER fro passing out in November and off work since then as well.
Should we take him into the ER now, it doesn't seem to be subsiding yet, been going on for about an hour now!
