My 59 Year Old Mother Has Had Constant Pain In

My 59 year old mother has had constant pain in her right side just under her ribs and in her lower back on the right side. She says the pain appears to be spreading to her abdomen and she's had a little shortness of breath. Note that she is obese and has heart problems such as congestive heart failure and atrial fibrillation. I'm wondering if her pain is stemming from swelling in her organs due to heart failure or maybe musculoskeletal injury due to pulling herself up in bed after migrating or could she possibly have a UTI.
