My 5yr Had A Swollen Lymph Node On The Left

My 5yr had a swollen lymph node on the left side in Nov. was told it was his superclavicular node as a
Result of a bad sinus infection. Was on antibiotics for 10 days and cleared up. Almost two months to the date this Jan it was back. Same sinus symptons same swelling. Again on antibiotics for 10 days it clears up but on 5 days after finishing the antibiotics the cough has returned, lots of mucus ans now the swelling of the node is back with two additional small lumps next to the node. All tender to touch but not as swollen as the previous times. This seems crazy and so much more than a sinus issue and now its is obviously not responding to antibiotics. What tests should I push his pediatrician on? My fear is this is cancer and now we are 3 months from first signs.
Stressing Out.
