My 5yr Old Ha Head Injury At School Two Weeks

My 5yr old ha head injury at school two weeks ago,went to doctors as he had nose bleed and head aches ab was sick once,that we was there doctor noticed he has chicken pox,but my son still cry's out in pain that evening off pain behind this left ear,what can I do
