My 6 Month Old Had Her Ears Pierced 1 Month

My 6 month old had her ears pierced 1 month ago. Up until this point she has not had any issues. When i picked her up from the sitters her earing got snagged on the sitters blouse. She started crying for a minute then calmed herself. Now its 4 hours later and her ear lobe is slightly swollen with redness and seems tender to the touch. Any suggestions?
