My 6 Months Old Yorkie Thought My Index Finger Was

My 6 months old yorkie thought my index finger was food and bite my finger. It broke the skin around 1 centimeter. I didn't use water and soap but use peroxide alcohol to clean it and then nerospirn and bandage. Do I need to see doctor? It's painful and it was bleeding for few months.
