My 6 Year Old Child Has RBCS 3-6 And 1-3

My 6 year old child has RBCS 3-6 and 1-3 hpf Pus cells in stool with some undigested food, vegetable cells. A few starch, muscle fibres and fat. And no worms or parasites.
She has been complaining of anal rash for about 2 months on and off.
What is her case please. Thanks
