My 6 Year Old Daughter Had A Very Wiggly Top

My 6 year old daughter had a very wiggly top tooth for weeks. The past 2 days, it was sticking straight out and very loose. I finally pulled it out tonight, and now there is a piece of tissue or gum hanging down. Is this something that Inshould be concerned with? It's New Years Eve and her dentist won't be open until Tuesday.
