My 6 Year Old Granddaughter Was Riding Her Electric Scooter

My 6 year old granddaughter was riding her electric scooter and fell on concrete hitting back of her head..she has a knot on it and has thrown up one time but we had just got back from eating Chinese when it happened. She is watching TV and answers all my questions but says she still feels like she may throw up.
