My 6 Year Old Has Idiopathic Childhood Neutropenia. She Has

My 6 year old has idiopathic childhood neutropenia. She has been running fevers for the last two days. She was diagnosed with coxsackie today. More bloodwork tomorrow to type it. Her anc has been in 800's the last two days. Is this virus more serious for kids with neutropenia?
