My 6 Year Old Son Suddenly Started Complaining Of A

My 6 year old son suddenly started complaining of a headache and started having a fever of around 101. Kept him on Tylenol. The next day the fever and headache were gone but he said his throat hurt. By day 3 he had red pimple like spots on the back of his throat, swollen glands and red spots started forming on the soles of his feet and palms. He said his feet felt like they were burning. The pimple like sores in his mouth have since spread towards his lips. The PA I took him to diagnosed him with strep without doing a culture and prescribed amoxicillin. He said the rash is from the strep. I feel like his symptoms lean more towards hand foot and mouth disease. Based off symptoms what do you lean more towards? Thanks in advance.
