My 6 Year Son Had Burn Due To Hot Water

My 6 year son had burn due to hot water on right side face , neck and back of ear yesterday. Top layer of skin on face removed looks white. Dr. Suggested Silverex gel along with ibugesic syrup and antibiotic. My Dr.friend suggested to use hydroheal am gel for better result. What should I do? How to use hidroheal gel at home? Is there need of bandage cover?
