My 6 Y.o. Son Got This Freckle That Was Red

My 6 y.o. son got this freckle that was red on his neck and has grown to be the size of almost a pencil eraser. We have tried to drain it and it doesn't get smaller at all. We are taking him to the Dr. This coming week, but do you have any idea what this might be? It appeared out of nowhere.
